Industrial pneumatic sprayer for cleaning and sanitizing applications

What is a pneumatic sprayer used for?

Pneumatic sprayers are used to apply detergents, sanitizing products and low-density cleaning liquids in a uniform way. They are commonly used in car washing, industrial cleaning, food processing, livestock facilities and professional sanitation. The compressed-air system allows the operator to cover large surfaces quickly and consistently.

Pneumatic sprayer vs paint spray gun

Pneumatic sprayers for cleaning are designed for detergents and sanitizing liquids, while paint spray guns are used for coating applications. Lanzoni sprayers are specifically engineered for industrial cleaning and not for painting use.

Our range includes painted carbon steel models, internally coated versions and stainless steel AISI 304 or 316L sprayers for more demanding professional applications.

How to choose the right sprayer

The choice depends on three main factors: tank material, capacity and type of detergent used. Painted steel models are a cost-effective solution for standard applications, plastic-coated versions provide additional internal protection, while stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316L are recommended for intensive use and more aggressive environments. To better understand which capacity to choose or how much pressure is needed for spraying, please refer to our technical guides.

Painted carbon steel models

Cost-effective and robust solution for standard applications with non-aggressive detergents. Ideal for vehicle washing and frequent professional use.

Painted carbon steel models • internally plastic-coated

Version with internal plastic coating that increases chemical resistance compared to painted steel. Suitable for more intensive use.

Stainless steel AISI 304 models

AISI 304 stainless steel for intensive professional use, offering high corrosion resistance and long service life.

Stainless steel AISI 316L models

AISI 316L stainless steel with superior resistance to aggressive detergents. Ideal for food industry, livestock and heavy-duty environments.

AISI 316L stainless steel line
Designed for aggressive detergents and demanding professional environments such as food industry, sanitation and intensive cleaning applications.
Lanzoni Technical Funnels
Lanzoni funnels are made of high-resistance technical material and equipped with a threaded brass insert, ensuring precise coupling, long-term durability and reliability even under intensive use.

The cap, made of brass with a stainless steel grip, features a metal-to-metal threaded connection, a solution that eliminates the typical weak points of plastic components, reduces wear over time and ensures greater operational safety, preventing the risk of cap ejection in case of thread damage or wear.
Important

Always check the compatibility of the detergent with the sprayer materials and consult the safety data sheet of the liquids used. Do not use with solvents, explosive or corrosive liquids.
