In-house production in Vezzano sul Crostolo (RE), in the heart of Italy’s manufacturing district.
History
The company’s roots go back to the 1960s, when Romano Lanzoni entered the workshop equipment sector in the Bologna area. In the 1980s he took the decisive step and started the activity in Vezzano sul Crostolo (RE), initially as a manufacturer of workshop equipment.
In 1985 a product marked a turning point: a waste oil drain unit with collection from vehicles on the ground, an innovative solution that opened the door to national and international markets.
Over the years the range expanded progressively into dedicated spraying and foaming lines. In 1998 Alberto Lanzoni joined the company, contributing to commercial development and the adoption of new technologies, with constant focus on quality, safety and spare parts availability.
In 2022 the generational transition was completed with the entry of Anna Lisa Miloro: LANZONI TECHCLEAN was born, specialized in professional sprayers and foam generators, ensuring continuity and a long-term vision.

In-house production: from sheet metal to finished product
We internally manage the main phases of tank and component manufacturing: material selection, forming, welding and finishing. This ensures quality control, spare parts continuity and stable lead times.
For models and configurations subject to the PED 2014/68/EU (Pressure Equipment Directive), design and manufacturing are carried out in compliance with applicable European requirements. Production surveillance is performed by TÜV AUSTRIA ITALIA – Notified Body No. 0066.

Selected materials, accurate processes, constant checks: robustness and long-term reliability.
Raw material
We select sheet metal and materials based on application: carbon steel or stainless steel (AISI 304/316 on request). The goal is durability, resistance and consistent production.

Forming
We manufacture the main parts (shells, bottoms, inserts) with forming and machining processes, keeping precise geometry for reliable assembly.

Welding
Joining is a key phase: we take care of weld points and tank assembly to obtain tightness and long-term robustness.

Finished product
After finishing (e.g. coating) and assembly, the product is ready. The result is equipment designed for everyday work, with spare parts availability and fast after-sales support.

Built to last
A real example
The sprayer shown in the picture was produced in 2006 and is still working today, with its original wheels, hose and lance. After a simple refurbishment it continues to operate in an industrial environment.
We design our equipment with a simple philosophy: professional machines built to last many years, with spare parts availability and repairable components.
We offer an evaluation and refurbishment service for older Lanzoni sprayers and foam cannons. Thanks to the availability of original spare parts, many machines can return to full operation even after many years of use.

Production surveillance is carried out by TÜV AUSTRIA ITALIA – Notified Body No. 0066. On request we provide technical documentation and available declarations/certificates, useful for audits, purchasing and export supplies.
