CLEARING UP ON THE COMPRESSION
RATIO When talking about the compression of a pneumatic pump
(100:1), this means the direct ratio which exists between
the pressure of the compressed air introduced, and the pressure
leaving the pump. An example:
Take a pump with a compression ratio of 100:1:
air pressure introduced at 1 bar will output fluid at about 1 x
100 = 100 bars;
air pressure introduced at 6 bar will output fluid at about 6 x
100 = 600 bars.
Pneumatic grease pumps
Pneumatic pumping system for greasing
with 50:1 / 75:1 and 100:1 compression ratio.
Safe
: made in conformity with the EEC 89/392 directive and
subsequent modifications.
Pneumatic pumping system
for greasing with compression ratio 100 : 1 .
These 100:1 pumps can only be used in
permanently installed systems where the pump is connected
directly to piping with the proper rating for the application.
